The weather out there is cold, but it seems it almost floating in the sky. The whole architecture of Ishgard is inspired by what we can call the Gothic Era IRL.

She's the Guardian of the holy Ishgard. She's the daughter of Rhalgr and rival of Nophica (for some obscure reason, I don't really understand why, I need to dig more into it).
