Just hit the max for GC seals on the highest rank. Took quite a long time to gather!
Run some dungeons and Need/Greed all the loot and you can cap seals very quickly
That's not something to be proud of. You need to spend your seals.

Nah I just HQ hand in a bunch of stuff from crafting and gathering. Seals galore! Also trying to pop the South Thana S rank can rack them up quite quickly >.>

I mean you don't *HAVE* to spend seals. Don't know of anything in main quest that requires it. Could probably go from 0 to coil without spending one, just would suck not having a chocobo.
You don't have to but there's no reason not to. Even if you don't need anything you can still buy crafting mats and sell them.

I just threw it at bomb core really which requires capped seals + then some :/ I'm on a break from crafting and working on Supra for mining, but I don't feel all that pressed for money after having enough to hit most unspoiled nodes without food.
Though, it actually might be worthwhile to keep capped for when the new rank comes out. Could be some costly armor sets/items.
