Each time your chocobo increases in rank, it earns skill points (SP) which can be used to teach it new skills.

These skills will not be learned automatically. You must select them manually via the Companion menu under Character, in the Skills tab.

These skills are essential in helping your chocobo mitigate your character's shortcomings when out in the field, so choose wisely.

* When your chocobo reaches the maximum rank, all skills from each role will be available for selection.

Resetting Chocobo Skills
A reagan pepper can be used to remove all skills from your chocobo and return all spent SP.

They can be purchased with company seals or Allied Seals.
